Our Location

We are located 25 km from Onerahi Airport, and 31km from Whangarei City. Whangarei/Onerahi is well connected to Auckland International Airport by air and public and private transport. (air 45mins, road 2-2.5 hours)

All Northland’s preferred Tourist Destinations are accessible from Ocean Beach by coach, air or road (private or guided).

We provide complimentary transfers from Whangarei Airport (Onerahi), or any Whangarei transport terminal. (Personal collections can be organized from any North Island location by arrangement).

Kiwi Conservation and Re-establishment area as part of the Bream Head Reserve, the area is a haven for numerous native birds including Tui, Bellbird, Piwakawaka, and a wide variety of coastal and sea-birds.DOLPHINS AND WHALES can frequently be seen visiting our waters
