Terms and Conditions

Tariff

50% of the agreed sum payable with the confirmed booking
Balance in full at the commencement of the occupancy, for all accommodation and travel components.

Cancellation

More than 3 months out - No fee
3 Months to 1 month out - 20% of the deposit
Less than one month out - 50% of the deposit
If a cancellation occurs, and other bookings are made for the same period, a refund of the deposit, less 10% will be made.

Insurance/Liabilities

Guests are advised to arrange travel insurance, for unseen circumstances. The company, Sparkling Waters Lodge Ltd, will not take responsibility for any accidents or injuries, loss of property, or subsequent issues arising from the use of the equipment and facilities provided, or otherwise made available to guests. Confirmed bookings indicate acceptance.
Sparkling Waters cannot accept liability for any change to tours as a result of weather, road conditions, acts or omissions by any other party, or acts of God.
